As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful venue, leading a large team whilst driving standards, guest experience, and commercial performance. This is a high-volume environment, and we're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations whilst never losing sight of quality. You'll be equally comfortable leading from the front during peak trading periods and analysing business performance to identify opportunities for growth.
