We’re working with a fast-growing fintech in the payments space as they prepare to launch and scale their pay-in-three platform. They’re now looking to hire a Customer Service Advisor to join their Manchester City Centre team. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in building a customer-focused function within a regulated fintech environment.

The Role

This is a phone-based position where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and resolving queries
  • Managing complaints and sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are compliant with GDPR and FCA regulations
  • Escalating issues where appropriate and working closely with internal teams
