About the Role
A leading provider of water hygiene services is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their growing team. This role involves carrying out Legionella risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations, working closely with clients across Huddersfield and the wider region.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACoP L8 & HSG274 guidance.
* Identify risks within hot and cold water systems, tanks, and pipework.
* Liaise with clients to develop action plans for any non-compliance issues.
* Arrange and maintain specialist equipment, ensuring it is functional and calibrated.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the surveying team when required.
* Carry out site surveys, temperature monitoring, and service inspections.
* Produce schematic drawings using Visio.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in Legionella Risk Assessments.
* Strong knowledge of ACoP L8 & HSG274 compliance.
* Ability to build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance.
* Experience in training delivery and competency auditing (desirable).
* Self-motivated and willing to travel across the UK.
