Drylining Quantity Surveyor – North West (Drywall) We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor who wants to develop their career by managing procurement, surveying, financial budgets, and all commercial aspects of projects across the North West (Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, and Cheshire). You will be working for a primary drylining contractor, with projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £8 million. 7:30am - 4:30pm Early finish on Fridays - 3:30pm Training provided at the head office near Accrington Great opportunity for someone seeking career development Key Responsibilities: * Accurate and timely preparation of valuations and final accounts * Production of monthly financial reports and cashflow forecasts * Measurement for schedules of works and bills of quantities * Procurement of projects and preparation of tender/contract documentation Requirements: * Proven experience in commercial and practical aspects of drylining and finishing trades * Strong numerical accuracy, organisation, and communication skills * CSCS card & full UK driving licence * Proficiency with electronic information processing (GDPR compliant) * Eligible to work full time in the UK Package: Competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities to work on varied and high-value projects.Career Development and Progression within the company
