Job Title: Intelligence and Research Manager Location: Plymouth, UK (Office-Based) Salary: £45-£50K Position Type: Permanent, Full Time, Office based. Start Date: ASAP About the Role: My client, A leading UK-based security consultancy, trusted by global clients operating in high-risk and high-stakes environments, is looking for an experienced Intelligence & Research Manager to lead its open-source intelligence (OSINT) and geopolitical risk function. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting, combining analytical depth with leadership and strategic insight. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to translate complex global developments into actionable intelligence — informing security, compliance, and crisis response strategies that protect people, assets, and operations.
