With significant expansion plans already underway and further growth on the horizon, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the company's sales strategy and revenue growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands the London hospitality market, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of driving pre-booked sales, corporate business, private hire revenue, and strategic partnerships within a premium wet-led operation.
The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that supports both current venue performance and future openings. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the company's sales strategy across multiple venues
- Driving corporate bookings, events, private hire, group reservations, and partnership revenue
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across London
- Building relationships with key corporate clients, agencies, event organisers, and local businesses
- Managing and developing sales pipelines to maximise revenue opportunities
- Working closely with marketing and operational teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives
- Producing regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
- Supporting new venue launches with pre-opening sales strategies and revenue generation plans
- Leading by example and creating a high-performance sales culture across the business
About You
To be considered, you must have:
- Previous experience operating at Head of Sales, Group Sales Manager, Sales Director, or equivalent level
- Proven success within a wet-led hospitality business
- Strong understanding of London's hospitality, events, and corporate booking markets
- Experience managing high-value client relationships and delivering significant revenue growth
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- A hands‑on approach with the ability to both strategise and execute
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for hospitality and the ambition to be part of a rapidly growing business
