We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major EPC substation and electrical infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness, proven P&L accountability, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams across complex HV infrastructure programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EPC substation projects from tender through to handover
- Own project delivery, financial performance, and contract strategy
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors
- Oversee construction planning, procurement, engineering, commissioning, and energisation
- Ensure compliance with NEC/FIDIC contracts, CDM regulations, and HSE standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong commercial and P&L management capability
- Experience delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes
- Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
