We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Refuse Loader.
This role involves handling waste collection and ensuring the efficient and safe disposal of refuse.

Duties
- Collect and load refuse from designated areas onto collection vehicles, ensuring all waste is safely secured.
- Operate basic mechanical equipment used in waste collection, with training provided if necessary.

- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including the proper handling of hazardous materials when required.
- Ensure all collected waste is disposed of in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including the loading zone and vehicle interiors.
- Assist in the organisation of collection routes to optimise efficiency and minimise environmental impact.
Experience
- Previous experience in waste collection or a similar manual labour role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
