Cleaning Supervisor - Night Shifts Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour Shift Pattern: 4on-4off. 7:00pm - 7:00am The Role We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individual to lead and supervise a team of night cleaners ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest hygiene and safety standards, in line with company procedures and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the night cleaning team, allocating tasks and monitoring performance. * Plan and deliver deep cleaning schedule. * Complete shift reports and maintain attendance records. * Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely. * Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company policies. * Liaise with management regarding staffing, supplies, and operational issues. * Provide hands-on cleaning support when required.
