We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple refurbishment projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost targets are met while exceeding client expectations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple construction projects from pre-contract through completion
- Leading and motivating site teams to deliver safely, on time and to budget
- Ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, Gateways and BSR
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Building strong client and supply-chain relationships
- Overseeing programmes, reporting and commercial performance
- Supporting tenders with buildability, programme and risk input
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (or Senior Site / Project Manager ready to step up)
- External high-rise refurbishment experience
- Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Gateways & BSR
- Understanding of Decarbonisation, Retrofit, PAS 2030 & PAS 2035
- Confident people leader with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel & Outlook
