Cleaning Supervisor - Night Shifts
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4on-4off. 7:00pm - 7:00am
The Role
We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to lead and supervise a team of night cleaners ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest hygiene and safety standards, in line with company procedures and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the night cleaning team, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
- Plan and deliver deep cleaning schedule.
- Complete shift reports and maintain attendance records.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, COSHH, and company policies.
- Liaise with management regarding staffing, supplies, and operational issues.
- Provide hands‑on cleaning support when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques (especially deep cleaning), chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a team effectively.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Team Player and can‑do attitude
