Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support various projects in Inverness. This role is ideal for candidates from the Highlands or Aberdeen willing to travel regularly. It also suits experienced Section/Site Engineers looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and solve engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Produce RAMS, Technical Queries, and site documentation.
• Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and monitor project progress.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in civil engineering or site management.
• Knowledge of roads, earthworks, drainage, and temporary works.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage site documentation and technical queries.
• Willingness to travel to project sites regularly.
