We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG/MIG welding and a solid understanding of fabrication processes, particularly with sheet metal.

Location: Bletchley MK1

Salary: £34,000-£39,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Duties:

  • Carry out welding on a range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and parts.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide welding tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks on welded components for consistency, strength, and finish quality.
  • Assist in the assembly process by fitting and securing parts as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools efficiently to support production workflows.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
