Job Title: 360 Operator Job Type: Contract Start Date: 26/09/2025 Duration: Approx. 2 Weeks Sector: Civils Location: Havant, PO9. Pay Rate: £175–£185 per day (CIS) Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Operator for a civils project starting on 26th September 2025. This is a short-term contract expected to last around two weeks, with competitive day rates paid via CIS. Key Responsibilities: * Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a busy civils site * Carrying out excavation, grading, trenching, and drainage works * Assisting with lifting operations and material movement as required * Working closely with groundworkers and site supervisors to maintain smooth site operations * Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety standards * Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance * Reporting any faults or issues to site management Requirements: * Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with 360 Excavator (above and below 10 tonnes if applicable) * Proven experience on civil engineering or groundwork projects * Full PPE * A strong understanding of health and safety practices on site * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions How to Apply: If you\’re available from the 26th of September and meet the above criteria, please apply now with your CV and contact details.
