As they expand their operations, they are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to engage directly with employees of their client companies, ensuring they get maximum value from the benefits platform. Job Description: Are you a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and helping them get the most out of services? In this role, you won\’t be cold-calling new prospects—instead, you’ll be reaching out to employees of companies already partnered with our client. Your mission will be to promote awareness of the platform, guide users through its key benefits, and drive engagement by encouraging sign-ups, app downloads, and usage of available perks. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to employees of client businesses to introduce and explain the benefits platform. * Promote and drive sign-ups for insurance benefits available through the app. * Encourage sign-ups, logins, app downloads, and engagement with platform features. * Answer questions about how to access discounts, wellbeing services, or other perks. * Help users understand the full value of the service and how to use it regularly. * Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes using CRM software. * Work to individual and team targets around engagement and conversion rates. * Collaborate with the wider team to continuously improve user onboarding and engagement processes. Qualifications: * Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling is ideal. * Experience in the insurance industry—particularly in medical or life insurance—is highly desirable, as this background aligns well with the health and wellbeing aspects of the platform. * Clear and friendly communication style with a positive, helpful attitude. * Comfortable working towards targets related to user engagement and satisfaction. * Tech-savvy and confident explaining digital platforms or mobile apps. * Highly organised with strong attention to detail. * Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company’s success.
