• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen

• The ability to adapt to regularly changing menus
• Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn and develop

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
• Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients while maintaining excellent standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Assist with ordering, stock control, and daily kitchen operations
• Support and learn from senior chefs while developing your skills
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards
