We're looking for a creative, trend-driven social media professional who lives and breathes content, understands hospitality culture, and knows how to build highly engaged online communities.
The Role
As Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of the group's social media strategy and day-to-day content execution across six venues and one group TikTok account, with responsibility increasing as the business expands to seven venues and additional regional social channels. This is a hands-on role that requires regular venue visits, content creation, filming, editing, community management, reporting, and campaign development. You'll be responsible for ensuring the group's social channels remain engaging, relevant, and ahead of trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the social media calendar across six venues and one group TikTok account, growing to seven venues and additional social channels as the business expands regionally.
- Create and deliver engaging content strategies that increase brand awareness, follower growth, and customer engagement.
- Produce, direct, and film content across the venues, maintaining a regular presence on-site 2–3 days per week, including afternoon and evening sessions to capture authentic party and guest experience content.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive content bank, ensuring there is always a strong pipeline of assets available for reels, posts, and campaigns, with support from the Marketing Executive.
- Deliver monthly social media reports analysing engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead community management across all channels, responding to direct messages, comments, enquiries, and user-generated content on a daily basis.
- Identify and manage social-first partnerships, including competitions, collaborations, product swaps, influencer activity, and engagement-driving campaigns throughout the year.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to launch and manage the company's first social media accounts outside London.
- Implement a continuous "test and learn" approach, experimenting with new formats, trends, platform features, and content styles to maximise performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and ensure the brands remain culturally relevant and competitive.
About You
- 2–4 years' experience in a Social Media Manager, Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Experience working within hospitality, nightlife, leisure, entertainment, or consumer-facing brands would be highly advantageous.
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Highly proficient in filming, editing, and producing short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative thinker with excellent storytelling abilities and a strong eye for content.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on content creation.
- Confident working independently and managing multiple brands simultaneously.
