With an exciting new concept on the horizon, we are looking for passionate Chef de Parties through to Sous Chefs who take pride in every plate and every ingredient.
You:
- Experience as a CDP, Junior Sous, or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen
- A genuine passion for seasonal produce and ingredient-led cooking
- The ability to adapt to regularly changing menus
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients while maintaining excellent standards
- Support junior chefs and help drive a smooth service
- Support the Head Chef in leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and daily kitchen operations
- Train, develop, and inspire the team
