I'm on the lookout for a Head Chef in Leeds, to lead the kitchen team as part of a much loved, nationwide restaurant group.
The restaurant offers a themed menu that changes are regular intervals through the year. The role offers progression and development as well as a secure and stable environment, perfect for a dedicated, passionate Head Chef.
Key duties: Oversee all aspects of the daily kitchen operation
Manage a smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen
Manage and control all stock/deliveries to align with budgets.
Control and achieve financial targets
Work closely with FOH and wider management team
Ensure the unit adheres to the Food Safety/Health & Safety requirements
Experience in a similar restaurant environment and experience of managing a team in a busy restaurant is essential.
