The Role

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver outstanding dishes and maintain the highest kitchen standards. You'll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations while helping to lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Help train, mentor, and develop junior team members
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Step up to lead the kitchen in the absence of senior chefs
