You:

  • Experience as a CDP, Junior Sous, or Sous Chef in a high-quality kitchen
  • A genuine passion for seasonal produce and ingredient-led cooking
  • The ability to adapt to regularly changing menus
  • Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
  • A positive, team-focused attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
  • Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients while maintaining excellent standards
  • Support junior chefs and help drive a smooth service
  • Support the Head Chef in leading and motivating the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and daily kitchen operations
  • Train, develop, and inspire the team
