Im looking for a Group Head Chef to lead the culinary operation across three hospitality and entertainment concepts in London. These venues are vibrant, high-energy destinations that combine outstanding food, social experiences, and nightlife. Attracting a diverse mix of guests, each concept offers its own unique identity. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven multi-site operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving culinary excellence.

The Role

This is not a desk-based position. Im looking for a leader who enjoys being in the action, spending their time in venues, supporting teams on the ground, coaching chefs, driving standards, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire kitchen teams across three concepts.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution across all sites.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, innovation, and seasonal changes.
  • Drive operational performance, labour efficiency, and food cost management.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop chefs at all levels.
  • Create clear succession plans and support the progression of future leaders.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, compliance, and kitchen standards.
  • Support new openings, launches, and business growth initiatives where required.

You

  • Proven experience as a Group Head Chef, Regional Chef, Executive Chef, or similar multi-site leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple high-volume hospitality venues.
  • Strong operational and commercial awareness.
  • Passionate about people, coaching, training, and team development.
  • Experience within premium casual dining, hospitality, entertainment, late-night, or experiential concepts would be highly advantageous.
