Role Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Maintaining consistency and high standards in all pastry production
- Assisting in menu development and seasonal creations
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are met
- Managing your section efficiently during service
- Supporting junior team members where required
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Solid pastry skills with attention to detail and presentation
- Experience in a high-volume or luxury hotel environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
- Passionate, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude
