I'm on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager in Birmingham, to help lead the team as part of a much loved, nationwide restaurant group.
The restaurant offers a themed menu that changes are regular intervals through the year. The role offers progression and development as well as a secure and stable environment, perfect for a dedicated and passionate AGM.
Key Duties:
Support the General Manager to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant and deputise in their absence
Manage the operations within the restaurant to deliver an exceptional guest and team member experience
Oversee and managethe front of house team
Control and achieve financial targets set by management; drive sales to maximise budgeted revenue and manage labour costs
Experience in a similar restaurant environment and experience of managing a team in a busy restaurant is essential.
