Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and well-organised Office Administrator to join our clients lively and supportive team based in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, people-focused role and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and professional support to clients and guests visiting the office.
- Provide essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring daily service tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist in end-of-process duties, acting as a final checkpoint after engineers have completed their scheduled work.
- Maintain and update internal systems, including uploading documents, verifying certifications, and keeping customer spreadsheets current.
- Manage incoming communications – phone calls and emails – from both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve internal processes and drive day-to-day efficiency.
