About the Role
- Create warm, nurturing, fun-filled days for children aged 2‑4 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, imaginative activities that spark curiosity and support development.
- Observe, assess and support children’s learning in line with the EYFS.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
- Work in our kids club when required.
About You
- Fun, creative and able to find the magic in everyday moments.

Requirements
- A recognised Early Years qualification and experience in an Early Years setting (desirable but not essential for the right person).
- A clear and current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and First Aid Training (or willing to undertake all training required).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility with working hours to cover absences where needed is essential.

Job Details
