- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of allocated Civils projects, reporting to the Operations Director.
- Lead and support Site Managers and project teams to ensure consistent performance across programme, safety, quality and cost.

Key Responsibilities
- General Management
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures and required standards.
- Provide leadership, direction and support to Site Managers and project teams.
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, performance and compliance.
- Ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered effectively.
- Produce accurate and timely project reports and updates for senior management.

- Promote and maintain high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental performance across all projects.
- Ensure Construction Phase Plans are developed, maintained and adhered to.

- Manage the successful delivery of Civils projects from pre-construction through to completion.
