Job Title : Contracts Manager Location : Greater Manchester (hybrid) Salary : Starting from £75,000 (depending on experience) + £5,000 car allowance Job Objectives Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of allocated Civils projects, reporting to the Operations Director.
Lead and support Site Managers and project teams to ensure consistent performance across programme, safety, quality and cost.
Ensure client expectations are met and contractual performance targets are achieved.
Promote high standards of health and safety, quality and professionalism across all projects.
Develop strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities General Management Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures and required standards.
Provide leadership, direction and support to Site Managers and project teams.
Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, performance and compliance.
Ensure projects are adequately resourced and delivered effectively.
Produce accurate and timely project reports and updates for senior management.
