Home to leading solutions in energy market intelligence, Westwood offers subscription-based research, bespoke insights and consultancy services across Exploration & Production, Offshore and Onshore Energy Service, alongside a dedicated Energy Transition division.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will provide critical internal operational and administrative support to ensure the team runs efficiently and can focus on revenue-generating activities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales & marketing team
  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Assist with new user set up
  • Become the team's ‘super user’ of our in-app support system (Intercom)
  • Work with the team to help maintain and update CRM systems
  • Help generate regular reports to feed into management discussions
  • Help with the organisation of sales events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Work with our product and research teams to analyse customer data, identify trends and help the sales team interpret this information
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall success of the sales & marketing team
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or operations role
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
  • Experience of creating compelling PPT presentations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work independently
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom
  • Knowledge of sales processes and terminology
