Role Description
The Product Development Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Oldbury, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of new products and enhancements to existing ranges, from initial concept through launch. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, gathering customer insights, and collaborating with R&D and product management to refine product features and specifications. The specialist will prepare product documentation, support testing and quality checks, and coordinate timelines with internal teams and external suppliers. The role also involves tracking product performance, analyzing feedback and sales data, and recommending improvements to ensure products meet commercial and customer expectations.

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate trends, customer needs, and product performance.
