River Island are looking for a Product Manager - Visual to join their team.

As Product Manager, you’ll lead, inspire and empower the store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey while helping to create a great place to work.

You’ll be an expert in product handling, with a passion for delivering outstanding visual standards and excellent customer service.

Working alongside the Store Leader, you’ll help develop the team, maintain operational standards and drive strong sales and store performance.

  • Maintaining strong visual standards, with the customer journey at the heart of every decision.
  • Duty managing across all areas of store operations, including service and people.
  • Empowering the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Using commercial tools and insights to identify actions that support store performance.
  • Supporting the Store Leader to deliver store KPIs, including sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion and people KPIs.
  • Supporting store operations and compliance with health and safety standards.

As part of a retail environment, you’ll also need to be available to work weekends, public holidays and key seasonal periods.
