We are currently recruiting caring, reliable and committed Support Workers to join our team providing 2:1 support to one individual within their own home.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours that may at times be challenging, and who wants to make a genuine difference to someones quality of life.
No Previous Experience? Full Training Provided
Previous experience of supporting individuals who display challenging behaviour is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidates.
What is most important to us is your attitude, reliability, patience and willingness to learn.
About the Role
You will be working as part of a 2-carer team, providing dedicated support to one individual. xgikmsk
The role involves supporting the individual with their day-to-day needs, promoting their independence, dignity and wellbeing while maintaining a safe and positive environment.

Medication
Meal preparation
