Out of Hours Care Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in care who enjoys problem-solving, making decisions, and ensuring people receive outstanding support when they need it most.
As our Out of Hours Care Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care outside normal office hours.
You'll be the first point of contact for our care teams, service users, families and healthcare professionals, helping to resolve issues, coordinate care and provide reassurance whenever it's needed.
You'll be joining a well-established, privately owned care provider delivering high-quality domiciliary care services to older people and children across the local community.
Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we're committed to supporting our colleagues with excellent training, ongoing development and a friendly, approachable management team.
Previous on-call experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
