We are looking for a Senior Manager: Community Engagement to lead how we connect, listen and work with the North Kensington community.
This is a senior, hands-on role where strategy meets day-to-day delivery. You will shape our engagement approach, manage a skilled team and ensure local voices influence everything we do. From forums and partnerships to events and impact reporting, you will help make the Westway Trust a place people feel proud of and involved in.
The Senior Manager: Community Engagement will work closely with colleagues, tenants, charities and residents, balancing social value with the practical needs of a busy estate that welcomes over one million visitors each year.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver the Trust’s community engagement plan
- Build and manage strong partnerships with member organisations and stakeholders
- Oversee consultation, forums and community networks
- Measure and report on social impact and outcomes
- Encourage commercial tenants to deliver positive social impact
- Manage and support a small team
- Oversee the programming and operation of community spaces
- Provide reports and updates to senior leaders and the Board
