We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Worker with experience or a passion to work within housing management to join our supported housing schemes to work with older people in the North Devon area. You will provide high quality one to one support to our residents to help them develop the skills to understand and maintain their homes and tenancy.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring that customers receive appropriate support, encouragement and advice according to their individual needs to enable them to settle into and maintain their accommodation
- Providing a housing related support service working with organisational targets against rent arrears and voids
- Ensuring customers are well informed and consulted about the services provided and available opportunities
- Identifying and acting on any safeguarding concerns
