We have an exciting opportunity to join the supported housing team in Totnes, supporting people with mental health diagnoses to stay well, be active, engage with the local community and maintain their accommodation. The role will involve support planning, risk assessing, liaising with Community Mental Health Teams and other agencies as well as some basic housing management.

We are looking for confident Support Workers to work at the project on a rota basis between the hours of 8am to 8pm. We have part time and full time hours (up to 37.5 hours per week) available for the right applicants. This is a supported housing role that offers accommodation to a specific customer group; there is no personal care involved but we are looking for empathic & people focused support workers who work in a strength-based way to help our customers to keep their homes, stay well and move on into their own independent homes when appropriate.
