Overview
Relief Support Worker role at Westward Housing Group in Barnstaple. Target start date: ASAP. Salary: £12.66 per hour. Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, one to one enabling support to customers in the community according to care and support plans.
- Cover annual leave and absence as part of a flexible on‑call/relief schedule.
- Work with individuals who may have mental health challenges or learning disabilities, promoting wellbeing and independence.
- Maintain safeguarding and promote the welfare of vulnerable adults.
