Homeworking with designated office in Bideford. 36.25 hours per week. 6 month fixed term contract. Salary: £25,435 per annum. Right now, we have a new exciting opportunity for a Works Planner to join our Business Support team based in Bideford. The role is a full-time, Monday to Friday position and is being offered as a homeworking position on a 6 month fixed term contract. There will be a requirement to attend the Tarka House office occasionally, so being able to travel to Bideford is essential.
As part of the team you will effectively oversee diaries, schedule works, and manage operatives’ workloads to ensure completion of all jobs and tasks by the end of each working day.
Responsibilities- Handling customer queries
- Sourcing and ordering of materials for works
- Arranging van stock replenishment
- Providing job status updates to our customers
- Rescheduling appointments
- Customer service, planning or scheduling experience
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office 365 packages
- Experience working with various digital or bespoke systems
- Confident communicator with customers and colleagues
- Self motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage varied workloads
