We have exciting new opportunities for two Housing Assistants to join our expanding team where you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality tenancy service for Westward customers. The roles are being offered on a full time, permanent basis as agile homeworking contracts, where you will have a designated office in Newton Abbot or Bideford.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a point of contact for the housing team and responding to enquiries regarding tenancy and estate issues
- Maintaining accurate records of tenancy changes, complaints and anti-social behaviour reports
- Processing mutual exchanges, tenancy references and general estate communications in line with policies and procedures
- Helping our customers to feel supported, informed, and aware of the activities of the organisation
Is this you?
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Access to a vehicle or the ability to use public transport to carry out key tasks and responsibilities
- Experience of managing difficult situations through to successful conclusion
