Role Overview
We are seeking new board members who are committed to our values and purpose, with a customer‑centric focus, passion for engagement, and a collaborative nature. Board members will drive the organisation’s ambition, while keeping us firmly rooted in our purpose and values.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with board members and the executive team to shape strategy and governance.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders, including councillors and MPs.
- Support the board’s ambition while maintaining a focus on purpose and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in housing development.
- Experience in social housing management.
- Preferred background in finance and treasury (later this year).
