Homeworker with designated office in Newton Abbot

36.25 hours per week

Fixed term contract until May 2027

Salary: £30,860 per annum

Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our Customer Engagement team on a full time, fixed term contract until May 2027. This is a homeworking position with occasional travel to our Newton Abbot office required for training and team meetings.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of complaints, compliments and compensation claims for the company and provide comprehensive support to the Customer Services Team Leader.

Duties:
  • Monitoring the progress of complaints, compliments and compensation claims to ensure they are resolved quickly, effectively and fairly.
  • Ensuring records are updated and recorded correctly on the appropriate IT systems and keeping staff up to date with the progress.
  • Providing regular reports to the Executive team, including analysis on trends and lessons learnt.
