Homeworker with designated office in Newton Abbot

36.25 hours per week

£25,875 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity in our Development team for a Development and Home Ownership Assistant to join on a full‑time, permanent basis. This is a homeworking position with a designated office in Newton Abbot. You will be required to attend the office for team meetings and training, so the successful candidate will need to have a manageable travelling distance to Newton Abbot.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring incoming post and emails and circulating to the relevant colleagues
  • Providing cover for incoming home ownership calls
  • Uploading information and documents to our CRM systems
  • Support the Development team in preparation for property handovers and through the end of defects process, liaising with customers to ensure repairs are satisfactorily completed
  • Assist in the coordination and follow up of resident surveys for new homes and provide information for reports
  • Supporting the Home Ownership advisors with welcome letters, remortgage inquiries and audit preparations
