Homeworker with designated office in Newton Abbot
Part‑time (14.5 hours per week) – permanent
£9,997 per annum (FTE 24,993)
We have the exciting opportunity in our Development team for a Development and Commercial Assistant to join us on a part‑time, permanent basis working 10:00am‑3:00pm two days and 10:00am‑2:30pm one day per week. This is a homeworking position with a designated office in Newton Abbot. You will be required to attend the office for team meetings and training, so the successful candidate will need to have a manageable travelling distance to Newton Abbot.
You will provide the complete administrative service to the Executive Director of Property & Development (ED), Assistant Director of Development (AD) and colleagues in the team. Your duties will also include:
- Organising the ED & AD of Development diary, appointments, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Sending out meeting invites, arranging meeting rooms and catering
- Taking minutes of meetings for internal and external use
- Uploading files and information accurately to our CRM systems
- Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and regularly reviewed
