As a Care Assistant at Pennington Court, you will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to residents — including those living with dementia — with warmth, patience and professionalism. Helping them feel safe, valued and understood. This part‑time position is initially offered on a casual/bank basis offering you meaningful work within a supportive team. Initially this role is required to cover holiday and sickness absence, ensuring continuity of care for our residents.
