The successful Senior Carers will be responsible for:
- Treat all customers and employees with equality, dignity, and respect.
- Looking after people living with dementia.
- Encourage customers to participate in social and leisure activities.
- Encourage challenging discrimination and harassment.
- Follow care plans and Quality Management System guidelines.
- Ensure health and safety through best practices and Westward Care guidelines.
- Complete paperwork accurately and within agreed time frames.
- Work effectively with team members to deliver customer care and ensure smooth operation.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement.
For this Senior Carer role, you will need:
- Ability to communicate via various methods.
- Experience administering medication.
- Ability to prioritise customers' needs and satisfaction.
