The successful Carers will be responsible for:

  • Treat all customers and employees with equality, dignity, and respect.
  • Looking after people living with dementia.
  • Encourage customers to participate in social and leisure activities.
  • Encourage challenging discrimination and harassment.
  • Follow care plans and Quality Management System guidelines.
  • Ensure health and safety through best practices and Westward Care guidelines.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and within agreed time frames.
  • Work effectively with team members to deliver customer care and ensure smooth operation.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement.
