We are seeking two full time Care Assistants to cover Day and Night shifts who will consistently:

  • Exhibit pride in your role and the organization.
  • Maintain a professional appearance according to uniform standards.
  • Provide care as per individual care plans, adhering to the Quality Management System and instructions from the Care Manager.
  • Support the cleanliness and general appearance of Hunslet Moor House.
  • Uphold health and safety standards for yourself and customers, following Westward Care guidelines.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and within specified timeframes.

About The Role

  • Personal Care Support — Assist with washing, dressing, mobility and mealtime support, always delivered with dignity and sensitivity.
  • Emotional Companionship — Offer kindness, patience and meaningful interaction to promote wellbeing.
  • Domestic Assistance — Help maintain a clean, safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Observation & Reporting — Notice changes in residents’ health or behaviour and communicate promptly with senior staff.
