Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £5m and £10m across Manchester. The successful candidate will take responsibility for safety, programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage RC Frame and Groundworks projects from inception to completion.
- Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
- Lead site teams including Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
- Monitor programme performance and project risks.
- Work closely with Commercial teams to manage budgets, forecasts and variations.
- Chair client and progress meetings.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing RC Frame and Groundworks projects.
- Experience delivering schemes valued at £5m–£10m.
- Strong understanding of concrete frame construction, groundworks and temporary works.
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid qualification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Pay: £325.00-£375.00 per day
