Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £5m and £10m across Manchester. The successful candidate will take responsibility for safety, programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RC Frame and Groundworks projects from inception to completion.
  • Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
  • Lead site teams including Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen.
  • Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
  • Monitor programme performance and project risks.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to manage budgets, forecasts and variations.
  • Chair client and progress meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing RC Frame and Groundworks projects.
  • Experience delivering schemes valued at £5m–£10m.
  • Strong understanding of concrete frame construction, groundworks and temporary works.
  • SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid qualification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

Pay: £325.00-£375.00 per day
