The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Working within a fast-paced environment, the job holder will work within the Quality team to facilitate the analysis, design, and implementation of process solutions to drive quality performance improvements. You will work alongside a team based on site, collaborating with Production employees and Management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily department performance KPI’s identifying areas for improvement.
  • Calculate metrics and evaluate process and quality data to recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Provide assistance with process troubleshooting and optimization analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with all documented quality systems in line with business requirements.
  • Perform/conduct Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement System Error Analysis (MSE), Design of Experiments (DOE), and validations to minimize potential risk during manufacturing activity.
  • Provide statistical support during improvement activities such as sampling plans, capability assessments, and process development.
  • Act as Voice of the Customer for allocated customers, building and maintaining detailed knowledge/documentation of customer critical to quality standards, manufacturing processes, and managing the resolution of NCRs and previous issues.
  • Conduct internal audits to support the business quality management systems.
  • Manage multiple projects related to process improvements.
  • Assist in developing a long-term strategy for continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety best practices in line with Company policy and current legislation.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
