The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
The role will encompass:
- Understanding and correctly interpreting Virtual Work Ticket
- Account for all working time using SFDC systems (Shop Floor Data Capture)
- To run the machine to meet the quality standards and planned volume to optimum output, using minimum waste.
- Operate the Shrinkwrap machinery for pack flat or folded leaflets.
- Produce labels for packing trays and boxes.
- Operate counting machine and pack in the flat pack area.
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping to the pharmaceutical standards.
- Undertake all duties in accordance with current operating procedures and quality policies. The job holder should ensure that they are aware and understand all such policies and procedures.
- Assist in general and routine maintenance of the folding machines and equipment and to advise the supervisor or senior management of any preventative or additional maintenance required.
- To raise on CWorks any and all outstanding maintenance issues
- To load flat leaflet sheets, tagserts and other leaflet components.
- To resolve minor running issues, including unblocking the machine, and restarting the process when itβs safe to do so
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
- Ability to maintain hygiene and procedural standards required in our industry
- Previous experience of working with machines (ideally in a printing, pharmaceuticals, or food environment)

- Good basic standard of numeracy and literacy
